Terms of Service
These terms describe the planned rules for using ReviewSignal during early access and future paid subscription service.
Use of the service
ReviewSignal is intended for businesses and authorized representatives that manage Google Business Profile locations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect, monitor, and respond on behalf of any business location added to the service.
Google account authorization
By connecting Google, you authorize ReviewSignal to access supported Google Business Profile data and perform actions you request, such as retrieving reviews or publishing approved review replies. You may revoke Google access at any time through your Google account settings.
Review replies and alerts
ReviewSignal may help draft replies, route review alerts, and organize response workflows. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, tone, and appropriateness of any response posted to a public review.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are expected to be billed monthly. Pricing, usage limits, SMS allowances, trial periods, and cancellation rules will be presented before a paid subscription begins. SMS usage may be limited or billed separately depending on the plan.
Acceptable use
- Do not connect business locations you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not use ReviewSignal to post deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates Google policies.
Service availability
ReviewSignal is planned as an early-stage product and may change over time. Some features depend on third-party APIs, customer permissions, Google Business Profile verification status, quotas, and vendor availability.
